• Our goal is to have one of our doctors see you within 30 minutes, children age 5 and under will be evaluated immediately
• No appointments necessary and  walk-ins are always welcome
• We accept most medical insurance plans

If you need to see a Doctor before work, we open early and stay late. We have two locations to serve you:

Conveniently located in the Summit Medical Plaza at the intersection of Spur 25 and I-95.

 Jesup, Georgia

 Located in the Old Wayne Family Practice Building at 111 Colonial Way, Jesup, Georgia.
